They provide good service in a timely manner and they also offer promotions that aren't always offered by T-Mobile. Not sure what more you could ask for.

After spending one hour on the phone with T-Mobile phone customer service, and also LG customer service, I went into this T-Mobile store and was quickly assisted by Adan who diagnosed and corrected the problem. Many thanks.

I don't know what the fuss is all about but I received really good service from the staff here. Lynn greeted everyone that entered the store and was helped out by Kevin to start service and porting numbers and was very helpful to disclose special offers and other ways to save. People complaining about long lines but really, there is a line for a reason when the place have good service.

Takes forever because the employees are taking their time to waste the customer's time when waiting in line. I recommend go some place else for customer service.

WOW I ignored the bad rates and just for a sim card update because mine got a little bended i had to wait for so long approximate 45 minutes this people just dont care about costumers business ignore this and pay the price like a lot of us
