Good friendly customer service but every time we go to the store to upgrade a phone or add a line, they take it upon themselves to add extras to your account without your consent. For example, they'll increase your data or they'll add their JUMP program, even though you tell them not to. They agreed with you and say they won't but as soon as you step out that door, they change it. I always have to go online the following day just to remove everything they added or changed. I assume they do it since they have to meet some type of quota. I try to avoid using the store as much as possible unless it is something I can't do online. But I always prepare myself to go online the following day or later that day to make sure I correct what they added. Sometimes I have to call customer service to help me with the removal. I recommend to avoid the store as much as possible unless you're sure they won't upgrade your data, add extras that sometimes people don't notice until they reveive their next bill.

Very unprofessional girl that work at the store ,all the other people are very nice and helpful but her o no and more ashame she's Hispanic and dont know how to speak Spanish that's so ashame need to have a better costumer service.

The staff has been nice and friendly. Helpful with questions and services. You just have to be careful when you go it has some busy times and it is a small store.
