I don't understand how this store has a 4.5 rating .
If you talk to a sales person today they tell you one thing and go back next week and someone else will tell you something different.
The hours listed on the front window are 11 am opening.
I have been there many times and no one is in the store and when they do open at 11:15 no one says ... SORRY for whatever reason they can't open on time.
Once I was in there and the service manager got into a yelling fight with a customer because they didn't open at 11 am and was ready to get into a fist fight. 
The only reason I go to this store is they give a copy of the bill .
Most T Mobile stores  don't do this..

I wonder , do all cell phone companies treat their customers this way?

Not sure either how they have good reviews???
They're very nice but have no experience!   Could not resolve my problem with my frontier s3.   They actually messed it up and I cannot get it to connect to my phone without resetting it.   Also, another problem with my phone they could not resolve!...
Again, they were nice but obviously NO training.

Quite simply, the single best customer service that I have ever received anywhere in my life. Amer and David were amazing, patient, helpful and stayed open hours past closing time to help me. They went far and above what anyone could reasonably expect and did it cheerfully. I am a customer for life.

While I was initially very very happy with the service, 6 months into it, I'm very disappointed.  On the surface, they seem to be very willing to work and accommodating...  They did not have the phone I wanted in stock, so they threw in a micro SD card to make up for it...  They worked with  my budget and seemed like they were doing a lot to help me out.

Fast forward 6 months, "giving" me an SD card meant they added it to the equipment installment plan for the phone -- so now I'm not only paying for it, I'm paying interest on it...  Working within my budget meant that they cancelled JUMP (T-Mobile's upgrade service) on my line without telling me.  While I'm sure I signed something for this, they push you through the checkout so fast, you have zero clue what your signing.

All in all, it's a bit like a used car salesman and you're never quite sure what you're getting.  Would absolutely not recommend this store, but I have no experience to say if all T-Mobile stores are like this.

Top notch sales team!  Tito was extremely friendly and right away I could tell he was going to do whatever necessary to not only keep my business,  but to come back with questions anytime.   The cell phone sales business is challenging for sure.   Tito displayed complete professionalism with an attitude of care and the desire to make sure I left happy.  It's mostly word of mouth that helps businesses thrive.   Please visit this t mobile store and let Tito assist you with all your cell phone needs!  Thx!
