Paid my bill and employee did not credit my account,  the wY i found out i got a text from customer care that my bill was past due. I went to tbe store they showed no concern nor did they apologize for the inconvenience.  The asst store manager  told me he could not resolve  it and I would have to wait till he completes his paperwork. I ask when will he follow up. Said i could wait two hours... Smh. 8years customer.

False advertising!!!! Online it says it's open till 7pm and was closed at 6pm . Begged and asked the security to pay my bill that was due & he rudely said to pay online. Not cool .

The service is great. Shout out to KY this guy is very knowledgeable and have a great customer service experience. Give him a raise!!!! 👍🏽

Really bad store I have to wait more that 40 min just to make payment the customer service is really bad is too many personal but they don't do the work really bad experience don't go wast your time
