Walk into the store and the first thing was the blaring of hispanic music directly into your eardrums. But since it was a Saturday in a predominantly hispanic area that's acceptable. The unacceptable problems are when you call for an associate's assistance with something and they completely disregard your presence to go and talk with another employee right in front of your face. And if you try calling the store directly they don't even pick up. Would nevee return to this store, would give 0 stars if possible.

I had a pleasant experience earlier this month when I was in this store. I was attended by an employee called Janelquis Garcia, very attentive, answered all my concerns, very professional and the truth was very helpful. Very good service and  I recommend this store to anyone especially this employee. Great  customer service.

Worst customer service they dont know how to talk to their customers, had an incident with an employee. Wouldn't recomment this store at all. Really disappointed

I would of honestly put zero stars. The worst customer service I've ever had and I'm a manager in a retail store I would not have my employees treat any customer that way. I was sitting there for an hour 3 employees working there ignoring me completely literally there was no one in that store until the store manager assisted me, I had came back from a trip and my phone was acting up all I wanted was to fix my phone. Nothing more 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I went to this store and I  was attended by a girl named Angie, very friendly and very attentive with my family, she gave us a a very good service and I thank her and recommend her to anyone.
