This store is a sad joke in terms of customer service. I upgraded my phone and the rep added JUMP to my account without even telling me. I get a text message the next day telling me it had been added to my account. Not on the receipt, nothing. The rep was texting the whole time while helping me and even dropped my new phone on the counter. Ghetto. I called in to T-Mobile and they removed JUMP from my account. Beware of shady sales reps!

Best customer service ever!!! friendly staff ,they go beyond to make sure you leave a happy customer! Person who helped me was Jonathan!!!

I had a somewhat unique issue, my phone wanted to me to reset and I needed to backup my photos. When they couldn't fix it, they reset the phone and handed it to me, even though there were other places I could have tried... I lost all of my data because of it. I hate to be so harsh, but there really is no other way of putting it...

So guess what people... I had to wait two times for my warranty exchange, but unlike most reviewers, my bad experience with my hardware and shipping has nothing to do with the customer service provided. I worked with a few of the sales reps here, and each gave me great service. It stinks when your device doesn't perform well, or has issues, but at least if you come to this store you will be treated and valued as a customer. Thanks guys, keep up your hard work.

This store is ridiculous. They have 5 people standing around and only 2 people helping one customer. They're just a bunch of monkey's who don't know how to do anything outside of the book. My LG G4 was stuck on the reboot screen like all the other G4s but because my warranty expired 2 months ago this jersey shore wanna be says he cant do anything I had to contact LG. After several contacts with headquarters I was helped by technical support which couldnt even help me do a master reset. Then finally someone reached out to me and said theyd be happy to replace it because they didn't want to lose our service. These monkeys are only trained to sell thats it.
