The Service has been terrible use to be good. I was a t mobile customer for 4 years, but it went downhill I am leaving soon as possible

Worst phone service in Texas I can't get my own voice mail, my LTE speeds on all my lines are very slow, and the customer service is lousy

Customer Service is not good with this company. Coverage area is a joke, In the middle of town my phone has No Service. It is impossibly expensive to get a new phone as an exsisting customer. $600 down as a 4 year customer is ridiculous. Don't bother with these people.

Worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life. I left a critic review for an issue with tmobile the manager made sure to let me know the problem I had with t Mobile was not with HER store. But still left with unresolved problems and refuse to go back. I even filed for my separate issues with T-Mobile. I have never seen such horrible attitude and blame for a customer.

Not very good customer service. Didn't get greeted in time and were being held up by chatter not associated with business. And automatically assumed they didn't have what I wanted in stock.
