True stories: Yesterday I went in to pay my bill and decided to switch to the new two lines for 100 dollar being that I was on a 50 prepaid plan. The person I was with was in a hurry! I explained to the young man helping me I will be right back due to being rushed!  I came back not only was I switched over to the unlimited plan but I paid nothing! This young man has no idea what he did I had recently lost my job, and I don't start working for another two weeks. Thank you from the bottom of my heart God Bless him. I am in tears typing this Lola thank you thank you thank you T-mobile for hiring people with empathy!

Great customer service. They have patience and are very nice. All of them. I always have a good experience when I go.

Great customer service. They attack you with service (in a good way) but it's at a great location with a ton of offers.

Beware employees are misleading and deceiving. They will sell you whatever they claim is free then when the bill comes you will end up paying twice as much. I have encountered this problem twice then it's a headache dealing with customer service by phone, having to fight for your money back.

Poor customer service. Big girl with red orange hair is rude.  Years ago a girl named Marisol  (who no longer works at this location I believe) talked me into a deal with 2 tablets. It was all a lie, I was left with a major bill.
