My experience at T-Mobile has been the worst experience of my life. T-Mobile in itself is a reliable service but the representatives that I’ve dealt with at my local T-Mobile store has been a complete headache. I was switching over from Sprint and seen an advertisement for T-Mobile and ever since then it’s just been horrible. So many representatives mess up and get fired and theres nothing they can do for your inconvenience but offer 25% off a phone accessory like that’s really doing something. Then when I ask to talk to the store owner they don’t do anything like they don’t want the owner knowing how bad,  unprofessional and confusing the staff is. All they do is contradicted what they say and confuse me even more. I’ve had to file a complaint on numerous occasions and at this point if I wasn’t on a lease with them I would have went back to Sprint. Worst experience ever and it’s been about a month and theres still nothing they can do, so they say.
