Horrible End user experience by an uneducated assistance manager Alma. T-Mobile before you hire your reps make sure you hire professional and subject matter expert. Every sales rep on the floor represents T-Mobile!

Went and bought two phones they gladly took my money, one of such phones was deflective brought it back within 24hours they wanted to charged me $50 and refuses to exchange then lie about having other colors phone. I was told that they got stock the same-day so the rep didn't need to lie. I had to call T-mobile representative to weaver $50 back into account, however i got my exchange and I'm happy.

Great T-Mobile with excellent customer service. They're always extremely helpful & knowledgeable. Plus the icing on the cake is that you only pay 3.5% tax at this location. Being that it's in Paterson. I recommend you go see Elena, she's amazing.

Went to T-Mobile store regarding a bill and I was not satisfied with them at all. They were all not very helpful. They couldn't even explain my bill to me I had to stare at it and explain it to myself, but anyways so not happy with their services. I'd never go there in my life again.. they need new workers and manager's. That's all I'd have to say.
