Staff does not acknowledge you when you walk in. So if you have a quick question, don't bother going in. Parking can be a challenge at this plaza during peak hours.

My relationship with T-Mobile started 8-9 years ago when I purchased my first smartphone.  One particular staff Moe helped me at the now closed Auto Mall Fremont location and transferred to this location.  I go there because of him, but have found in time that the staff are generally personable and willing to go above and beyond to make the customers happy.  Keep up the good work! :)

Nice spacious shop with excellent staff help you to choose and get your requirement done quickly. Nice display of different models and accessories.
