Slow and slow. Sunnyvale T-Mobile is always busy but I never have to wait for more than 20mins. This store is not big and two customers as I step into the store but they took forever to serve the customers. Not recommended for anyone.

Horrible staff. Just trying to sell you useless stuff and when you decline they become mean and behave passive aggressive with you.

Extremely pathetic, these people don't know anything about the current offers and promotions. They are just sitting there and trying to get more money out from their customers.

False advertisements. They told us we could get the 360 camera or the wireless charger when we buy the s8. After we got the phone, they said the promotions was only for note 8.
