Came here around June to buy Galaxy S8+. Had a plan to buy Galaxy on JUMP plan, so that I can switch to the new iPhone this year. The lady there helped me with everything and even confirmed what phone number to put the JUMP plan on, twice. Couple months later I realized the JUMP plan was never added to my account! There was nothing they can do to fix it since you can only add the JUMP plan 14 days after you buy the phone.... DON'T GO TO VALLEYFAIR T-MOBILE.

Minimum interest in addressing the customer. I wanted to check plan options to migrate from Verizon to T-mobile. Firstly, the person at the counter had no knowledge of the plans although they are mentioned clearly on the website. Secondly, they blatantly ignored me when I asked a few more questions. Very poor service!

Want to waste a lot of time and money? Switch to Tmobile! They will "buy you out" of your old contract, but not for weeks after, so you actually have to do it. Then you have to come back in, run around gathering paperwork and watch them fight with corporate to get it done. Buy 1 get 1 free? Sounds great! But it isn't. They claim to send you a visa card to pay it off. Why? Then they don't send the cars and when you return they say your on some weird monthly pay off. It might eventually be free, but only if you stay there for two years paying monthly. That's "false advertising". The contract is 38 pages long! No need for that! It's ridiculous and written strictly to screw you, the consumer. The only thing nice here is the actual customer service professionals. They are great!

Very rude and indifferent to customers. The service is bad, and the waiting line is very long at this store.

Worse nightmare! The manager of the store is clueless and so are his workers. We turned in our phones for an upgrade and they lost one of the phones in transit. They claim that they don't have any tracking record and can't help us. What a joke! I have completely lost trust in Tmobile just by this experience and have written a personal complaint to John Legere. They should get rid of this store as it sticks out as a sore thumb in that mall!
