They were suppose to order my wife a phone and call us when it was in. I received no call or message saying it was in after 3 days. After calling them the person told me there was no phone order on this account and would have to come in to do this process all over again. I will be going to another T Mobile store. What a great way to gain a new customers trusts in a carrier that cant even order a phone for you right.

Thanks to Daniel S., The store manager's patience and help. He helped resolve my phone issue that had been going on for 5 days.

This place is great! The staff is extremly helpful and they are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure my phone is set up before i go!
