I have never had a worst customer experience in my life. I had the option to switch networks and I choose to remain loyal to T-Mobile. The sales representative at the location on University Ave in clive Iowa. Was not only unhelpful, unkowldegable about your service but flat out lied to me multiple times about what i needed to accomplish to set up my phone plan. I was told things that that didn’t end up being true. The sales representative Mesa was on his phone texting in front of me instead of trying to help resolve my issues which only made the entire experience even worst. I had to spend upwards of hundreds of dollars to still leave the store very unsatisfied and frustrated  and at the end all of this non stop nightmare, i still left the sore without a new phone after being told about a promotion that had already ended days ago. T-Mobile please educate your staff better and provide the quality of service that your company markets.

I visited this location on Sunday and Monday and received stellar service from Devon! Absolutely the best customer service I have received from a business in quite some time!!! Showed us all of the phone's, patiently explained them in detail...I am extremely pleased with my new phone and can't thank him enough for going over and above to assist us!!  We bought 2 phone's thanks to his advice.
