This place has the worst customer service!!!  I had a really bad experience i am not the type of person that takes the time to write reviews but this time i am really offended with the way i was treAated. I went to exchange my phone due to a warranty claim and the "manager" Monica denied on receiving my phone because she believed it was a physical damage eventhough the claim was already approved! She never inspected the phone she simply assumed it was a physical damage! The phone was in perfect conditions she simply wasnt willing to help! I had to call customer service and waited two more days to receive another phone at a diferent location which was exchanged with no problems at all! This lady Monica kicked me out of the store with the police because she stated i was scaring her other clients  eventhough some other customer had also walked away unsatisfied!! I do not recommend this location ever! I have been a customer of Tmobile for over two years and this time feel extremely disastified! Monica should no be called a manager when she is obviously not trained to treat customer! It is very embarassing to have such a terrible store in our neighborhood.

Big place but service is slow and i they didn't have the phone i wanted and told me i have to wait an indefinite number of days till they call me and let me know it's there to pick up. Was not happy about that.

Awesome little store, had great phones and service. The only irritating factor was their alarms on the phones kept going off.

Horrible place I stood there for 20 mins and no one said hi or even acknowledged me horrible customer service
