Never visited this place until last week I wanted to upgrade my Plan! This place was real fun (Although they were hanging out Google Alwxa when I got there). Gentlemen who assisted me was really helpful,elaborated everything correctly mostly make you feel like They care their Customers! Stop By! You won’t be disappointed making sure!

I came in for some questions and the salesman Norberto guided me in the right direction. He put me in a new phone that fits my everyday needs. He is a very patient, friendly and knowledgeable person. 5 stars quality service in this store.

Worst customer service since I have been t mobile customer for 6 years. After we decided not to take advantage of  the new promotions because it did not work for us, the sales person just gave us weird look and walked away from us.Very rude guy. Be careful who you hire t mobile.

Kareem is the most patient, knowledgeable representative.
He went above and beyond the call of duty. My friend who purchased a phone left his wallet there Kareem went out into the parking lot to find him so he could return it. T-MOBILE you lucked out with him. 🎉
