I came to this location based off of their Yelp review and I wasn't disappointed. Even though the promotion I was interested in expired, the manager helped me save even more money than I had hoped for. Great service! I'll definitely be coming back here again in the future.

They charge everything when it's free.
I transfer from Verizon to T Mobile -  2 with my old phones, and the other,  purchased a new phone.  They charged SIM card for $20 each. Latet I checked with T Mobile and the sim.card is  Free.

A True Example of Great Customer Service!!! Note, this is my first time posting a review ever!! Definitely went the extra mile,  at a T-Mobile store?  I never would of thought. All respect for the owner/general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent service!

Great customer service! I had multiple issues with my account and new phone lines to setup, the staff took great care of me from the get-go. Friendly and warm vibes the minute I walked in. Shout out to Jeffrey Tsai the store manager for making my experience the best and taking the extra step coming in on his day off. I will definitely send customers to this store!
