Dropped my bike off 7 months ago and was told when I dropped it off that it would be a 6 week turn around. Over time I have checked in on it and have been told everything from its almost done to we're waiting on a part. Told them last week I was picking it up today because I'm moving and they said it was complete. THEY NEVER TOUCHED IT!!! I have sent them so much business over the last two years. Never again! Owner didn't even seem to care. Screw T&S and the iron horse they rode in on!

Buddy's bike has been there for 3 months claims mailing of parts is problem. Should have ordered all parts from the beginning but they didn't. Won't answer or return any of his calls either. Sucks to watch all of his frustration but lesson learned I guess. Dont bring your bike here

A great shop if you need just mechanical work done; their electronic capability is a bit light.  Good, prompt, customer-focused service.  First time here, would definitely go back.

Thank you to the staff at T&S Cycle!   I was passing by when I had a major problem with my chain.   In no time at all they had me fixed and on my way.   I highly recommend!
