Tom has been our insurance agent since we first moved to Pittsburgh in July 2016.  He wrote my SO's auto and our renters policy and now our home owners policy. His staff is also very helpful in setting up auto-payments.  We have enjoyed working with Tom to ensure we have robust policies for great premiums and know that if we ever need anything he will respond to us quickly and professionally. I have been a customer of Erie Insurance for as long as I can remember, 15+ years, and Kelly has been my agent throughout most of it, and never disappoints. I have called her over the years for major homeowner claims to minor address changes, and she is always there for me.  My relationship with Kelly and the T.W. Butts Agency has been a very pleasant and positive experience.  As a consumer, I highly recommend this agency to anyone in the area who may be shopping for any type of insurance need, from a company that provides the highest quality of customer service from knowledgeable, friendly and courteous agents.
