I really enjoyed our stay they even gave us a complementary upgrade due to our celebrations. We enjoyed our view of the pool as well as the pond and the staff went above and beyond with a swan on the bed. The Only downside was that the area is a little rundown but as soon as you walk inside the hotel it’s very luxurious and stuff are great. The cookies were great and I would still go back. It’s at the bottom of Napa valley so it’s a ways to wine country but it was worth it! Highly recommend.
The rooms are very dated. The outside lagoon and pool area are nice. However, the rooms inside are definitely not up to any Hilton standard. Paint peeling off the walls, the toilet looks like it's for a child potty training, and overall run down. I definitely would not stay here again, unless the entire hotel was renovated, not worth the money at all. The restaurant had a good breakfast. I only gave it 3 stars because of the staff at the front desk. They all were very professional, friendly and helpful.
Complete disappointment! Hotel resort & Spa rated at 5 star. The building interiors are completely outdated. The hallway and guest rooms carpet are old, sticky to the barefoot, stained and dirty. The guest room wall have old yellow stains with dents and scratch marks. Absolutely no decorations in the room, not that I mind but it tells me the minimum cost operations that the hotel is running. The room had a perfume smell to cover probably the old smell. The door did not seal completely, you could see into the hall way. Very sad for a Hilton hotel.
This hotel is great if you’re planning on visiting Napa. It's close enough to the wineries and away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists. One can see that the hotel is a bit older and in need of some repairs. The carpet in the elevator is in need of a good cleaning. The room itself has ample space, with a coffee maker, mini fridge, and a safe in the closet. The bathroom was a bit small. The toilet didn't work properly on the last day wouldn't flush so I'm glad that that happened when we were checking out. Overall, the hotel was fine, and we'd return.
If you are looking to stay at a decent Hotel in the Napa Valley this is NOT the place. I am usually an advocate for all Hilton properties and in fact a Hilton Honors member, but this location needs to be updated. The room smelled moldy which was due to the visible mold in the restroom. I was told upon booking our reservation that there would be a hot breakfast included, which for the higher rate we were paying thought it would be worth it. Upon asking front desk staff where we could get breakfast they said at the Bistro there is breakfast for purchase. We ended up cutting our two night stay short and finding a different hotel for the half the rate.
The hotel has a higher quality 'facade' when reading about it online. I felt my expectations were not met by what I was faced with. The positives are the friendly staff, the fitness room available 24 hours, the heated pool/ hot tub, and the restaurant on site open until 10 pm. The negatives however were the dirty unvacvummed hallways with stains on the carpets and awful smells during certain parts of the day, The "low flow" toilet that took 5-6 flushes to remove all debris, the ants in our bathroom getting into our toiletries, and a sliding closet door that didn't open or operate well. Overall the building has good qualities but the hotel is dated and upkeep could be better. Someone also attempted to enter our room while we were soaking in the hot tub and my teenage daughter was in the room alone.
Only 15 minutes from Napa yet hotel price was substantially below hotels in Napa. Free parking and nice pool. The breakfast was very good and used Hilton status breakfast credits. Interior and exterior of Hotel could use a paint job or water blast. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and larger than average, bed comfy. Older furniture but functional, not Ikea junk. Located on main road into Napa. Restaurant opened for both breakfast and dinner. Good value.
Most expensive SRO ever. Disgusting hotel. We were hit by a strong bleach smell when we walked in and things didn’t improve. The bathroom looked like a dirty gas station bathroom, the walls were cracked, light fixtures broken, filth all over the walls, blood on my pillow, one towel for two people. You have got to be kidding. All for $345 a night. I almost went to sleep in the car. Unfortunately we weren’t here to enjoy the Napa valley harvest. We were here for a memorial service and had no choice but to stay. Such an incredible ripoff.
The hotel is very nice and the servants are helpful. They also have a lake with a waterfall in the middle. My church has a gathering there and it was very nice and also have the elevator for people in a physical state. The West one was very clean. If I had to put in more details since I only there just for Gathering event it's a good place to go.
I normally do not give a review until after I checkout but man...great piece of real estate here. Staying five nights. My experience so far Day 1 has been nothing short of amazing. Service is subperb. Restaurant/Bar onsite. Plenty of free parking. Breakfast in the morning. Decent-sized rooms with a fridge, microwave, safe, ironing board, etc. Huge LG TV, closet, multiple charging areas. The room I am staying in has a back patio with a slider and outstanding view. Coy fish in the pond, ducks floating around, and beautiful weather. Very peaceful. I'm looking forward to the rest of my stay
