I really enjoyed this place and the live music was awesome. The only problem is the Taco Bell itself and the employees. This is not a place I would go to drink and hang out at. I ordered a couple Hard Sodas and some food and when I went to use the bathroom and came out the lady at the counter threw away my food and my drink I barely touched. When I asked her if she put it behind the bar she said she had no idea what I was talking about. I simply left after that, what a joke of an establishment.
This place is great! It’s rather small and tight inside but they have an upstairs which looks down at the stage, yes a music stage inside Taco Bell! Nobody was playing while we were there but I can imagine having a cravings box and an alcoholic drink and some live music is a great Taco Bell experience. Staff was very friendly! The food was O….K…. Chips tasted weird but all good otherwise.
This taco bell is turned into a bar also. You can get food and alcohol here. I was just getting some tacos and they were delicious. Great customer service.Food: 5/5
We stopped by for some tacos while we were in Nashville, mostly because of the "Cantina" part of this location. Not many of these around! The food and service were both what you'd expect from any other ol' Taco Bell which is to say mediocre, but the atmosphere was pretty great, and was made even better with the live music! We grabbed a couple of their alcoholic smoothies to wash down our tacos. They were pretty good. Maybe a little heavy on the alcohol, but hey, I'm not complainin' about that! If you're in the neighborhood, be sure to check it out! Parking: Street parking only.
Customer service was awesome. Both times food tasted fresh. I was impressed by it all. This taco bell also has live entertainment which was very engaging as well. If looking for quick food downtown Nashville hit this spot up. There isn't a lot of of room for sitting but a good spot to stop in on. Food: 4/5
I had an encounter yesterday 1/17/2024 around 10:00 pm with the male African American security guard while I was dashing. I didn't know that their was a rule with showing your I.D. after 9:00pm when entering this establishment. I've dashed at this location before and didn't have that issue. Instead of just turning me away he proceeded to rudely lecture me and another dasher who spoke little English while the one employee that was present male Hispanic watches with a smirk on his face as the customers orders sits there getting cold. After going back and forth with security he finally walked less than 2ft over to the counter and handed us our orders and nearly dropped mine. If you're a dasher DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS FROM THIS PLACE! They are beyond unprofessional and it's not worth the time or the minimal compensation behind it. I will contact corporate because both of those men need to be fired. As a woman dashing at night it's not the safest thing to do. But encountering weird overly aggressive men is something I will not tolerate even while working as a contractor. To the owner do better. Channel 2, 4, and 5 are not hard to contact.
The Taco Bell on Second one block off Broadway gives whole new meaning to Open Late Night. It is uniquely Nashville with live music, a bar stocked with the essentials, a decent beer selection, and a wide selection of frozen margaritas. Grab a can of Hard Mtn Dew, too. And, it is one of the only places to grab a bite on Broadway after 10.Food: 5/5
The only good thing about this place was the live music. Given, it’s Taco Bell so you cant really expect much. My fiancé and I came in to try one of their alcoholic drinks. The staff was so rude. We walked and waited for someone at the counter to help us order. They all seemed extremely irritated that we wanted to order something and then after waiting about 5 min for someone to greet us one of the workers told us to just order on the kiosk. You cannot order alcohol on the kiosk obviously. We told him what we were ordering and the he just proceeded to do whatever he was doing. We then stood there for another 5 minutes and the cashier seemed so annoyed with us that WE had to wait to be helped. Do not waste your time here. It’s way overrated and probably would have received better service with nicer staff at any other generic Taco Bell.
This was a total disappointment. It’s definitely not what I imagined from how a taco bell “cantina” is described online. The guy that took our order was rude and barley spoke to us. The drinks are just a shot mixed with the freezes. Not actual alcoholic freezes with the liquor mixed in. It was lame, overpriced and a let down.Food: 3/5
I was so stoked to try a twisted Baja blast. I got rum with the original Baja flavor. It was a bit pricey at $13. The workers seem like they hate their lives. Not much atmosphere during the day but I’m sure it’s lively at night with live music.Food: 4/5
