I pulled in at 10:53and tried to order a pizza combo for my kids, I was told pizza orders aren't served for seven minutes until 11. So I said I would come back around. I parked made a business call and came back around at 11:04, reordered and was told it wouldn't be available for seven minutes, because they still were cooking. I was confused as the other attendant told me they would be available in seven minutes already and I had already. I asked when they would be ready she said they were pulling them out of the oven now, I asked if I could order and wait. I paid, then was informed that part of my order would be available for half and hour due to an issue with the breadsticks. They offered me something besides the breadsticks. I asked they could sub it in for, since I couldn't wait (it had already been 20 minutes now since I tried to order originally.) she said anything. Since I don't know the menu and was frustrated I just asked for the pizzas and drink and was ready to leave. The manager did try to make up this mix up to me by comping one of my meals and giving me cash back for it which was really nice of her and why I gave two stars instead of one. However, I will go to another location next time I need pizza on the go, or honestly will order for pick up from a competitor would have been faster.

First, the light on the menu was out , so it was hard to read the menu at night, in the drive through. We had a 25 minute wait, and when we got to the window, the cashier asked what order was ours. Then she proceeded to ask us to pay a higher price than what we actually ordered. An extra menu item had been added to our receipt, even though it was never ordered. The food was cold. There was not given one apology for any of our complaints. I have been coming here for years, but the current management and staff are extremely unprofessional. Cross this local Taco Bell off your list when looking for familiar ,quality fast food!

I love this taco Bell! Been eating here for 25 users and don't plan on stopping any time soon. Megan who works there is great. Always sweet and pleasant with great service.

food was made quickly and correctly. i received the incorrect drink in the drive thru, came back around and they replaced it for me no problem. customer service here is good
