Had a really bad experience there with my order. Asked for extra sour cream and PAID for it and didn't get it!! The manager is very rude with a nasty disposition comes up to the counter saying, "If I want a sour cream I'll have to pay for it". So her attitude along put a bad taste in my mouth so I asked for my money back. You are suppose to alleviate any situation in customer service. I won't be back anytime soon!

Never going to eat here again. Found a finger nail in the taco box between the plastic and cardboard. Obviously people aren't using gloves around the food. Gross! Trying to post a picture I took as evidence, but it conveniently won't post.

Line is usually long depending on time of day, but the staff has never messed up one of my orders.

I love taco bell! But they need to stop shoving all the tacos in one bag and smashing them! And very lazy workers. Took 5 minutes to get a side of sour cream! Lazy!
