Crappy employees. Managers are good for absolutely nothing. Tried to call and inform them that their employees are serving day old potatoes and forgot to give me my burrito but no answer. Probably because no one working at the olive branch taco bell is worth a damn. Wish all these 1 star reviews would get something done about this but i know better. Should just close the place down.

Horrible service. Disgusting dining room had to wait 30 minutes or more for a simple order and complain to management to clean the area it was pretty sad. I am calling corporate. I love Taco Bell just this location always disappoints. I think they are more concerned with the drive through. After waiting was told they were out of the thing I ordered, I couldn't believe they ran out of nachos loco's and requested money back. After that they miraculously found some and it was bad. I hope I don't get sick. Complaining to corporate still.  The manager was ridiculous. The drinks were out. The tea tasted weird.  I don't know. It seems the more this city grows the worse fast food gets. UPDATE: Corporate called the local manager, the local manager called and said that was a "messed up day"...what a way to describe it. He offered a free meal and I told him maybe my husband and son would want to but I wouldn't be interested.

I sat in line 15 minutes until I made my way to the speaker to have no one take my order. I proceed to the window and saw no employees. I waited and waited and waited! No one came to the window. I drive around to park and go inside and the doors are LOCKED!  It's 6:45 pm on Saturday! Absolutely ridiculous! But, after reading the reviews this seems to be the norm. How pathetic!

Stuck in Drive thru for 40 mins with three cars in front of me. I'm still waiting as I write  this review. If I was driving a big truck I would drive over the curb and leave but I'm stuck here in my little car.

Asked for no lettuce on my tacos, then when I recieved my tacos, there was a bunch of onions on the tacos that I didn’t ask for. Also never get sauce. Why ask the customer what sauce they want when you don’t give it to them?!
