I waited for over 5 before anyone approached me. The girl at the drive thru did not even greet me, and I was in a clear path to her. The staff was loudly discussing another employee , loud enough that I could hear them as I waited for my order at the beverage dispenser. Another customer stepped to the counter and waited as the continued their discussion in a circle in the kitchen. Very unprofessional... They need better management on this shift apparently.

A regular stop on our trips between Indianapolis and Central Iowa. A great place to take a break. Managed to catch a short nap in the car before I hit the road again.

I'm from Macomb, and they have the worst service at taco Bell. We've boycotted them, because we have to complain to the manager at least 75% of the time. Now I work in Galesburg a few nights a week, so I'm glad I can enjoy this Taco Bell!! I'm a vegetarian, so I love that I can get beans and fast service. :)
