This is the slowest Taco Bell ever. I order some soft tacos and they tell me they don’t have enough beef to make more than 3. Then tell me it’s going to take 15 minutes to make a freaking soft taco!!

I always go to this location because it's near my house. I enjoy the chicken pizza, because I don't eat beef. Well I must say that lately this location has been really bad with my orders, and the good just doesn't taste right. I went today with my children, they ordered tacos, and I ordered the long John. My food was cooked in old grease. I worked in the good industry so I know when the grade needs to be changed. I approached the cashier to inform him that I wasn't pleased with my food, I am a firm believer that if your food doesn't look tasty that your more than likely not going to eat it. My opinion anyway. So I asked if they could just give me my refund, they made it over. The cook was really trying his best to make sure that it was not going to burn, but when I received the food this time it was greasy and still nasty. I can honestly say that I will not be going back to location.

I love Taco Bell, so it was no surprise to me when I ate here. The food and everything here is awesome.

Terrible customer service here. Waited over 20 minutes for a simple soft taco.. they had no sense of urgency or care for us waiting. I'm about to stop coming here because it's ALWAYS like this.
