The service for the drive thru is very slow. Literally waited 20 min one time. Other than that the food is good

They need a better staff. There was hardly more than 2 people ahead of me on the drive thru line and it took about 20 minutes. When I get to the window, I saw why. This guy was so sloppy. He took my debit card to run it through the machine then handed me all my stuff and I had to ASK FOR MY CARD BACK. When I got it back, it was wet and sticky. Gross!! So disrespectful on his part. He also got my order wrong so I had to go back and fix it.

Used mobile app. They didn't call my name. Went up to the counter and had to say something. Not bad app though since u can modify and do add-ons.

Went back 2 days later. Same deal I said i was picking up. They had no clue what I was talking about. The lingo is something along the lines of mobile order.

But even after they understood what I was there for the order wasn't ready nor started on. The manager had to point it out to one of the other employees on the screen. Hit I'm here 4 mins before arriving. It was somewhat busy at the time sok had to wait another 10 -15 mins. Maybe hit I'm here 10-15 mins before getting there depending on what ur ordering.

Slow service machines are down. Not acceptting debit or credit. Food tastes great.
