My dining experience with my boyfriend and our friends was terrible and being that I worked for the same mother company before is an embarrassment. I’m not sure how these employees were trained but they need to be re-evaluated. The cashier at the front, Joseph, didn’t understand our friends’ order, but also did not care to learn or ask for specifications to assure that the order would be correct. The manager came to help but could literally not care less and was completely apathetic about the interaction entirely. The cook in the back kept staring at us while we ordered and ate and made us feel as if though our food had been tampered with. All of our orders were wrong, and most of the workers were laughing together while staring at us eat, manager as well. The only employee I noticed that kept a decent level of professionalism was a young lady whom I didn’t get the name of. Unfortunately, I don’t think we will be going to Taco Bell anymore, or maybe just specifically this location. If I could rate zero stars, I would. I’ve worked minimum wage at a fast-food restaurant so I understand that the job is less than pleasing, but that does not give someone the right to completely ruin the experience for someone else.

Greasy food. It was good last year. I don't know if they have a new cook or manager or not but food is not as good as it should be.

IF I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I understand that working at a fast food restaurant must suck, but you should AT LEAST put in the effort for the money that the customers are putting in the company that is sustaining/paying you. the cashier JOSEPH R should definitely not work at a place he doesn’t prefer to. I can’t handle the idea of my food being tampered with because I was “too” picky for their liking ACT OF CRUEL HATE

Food is great the 5$ craving deal is good except the burrito has a dry tortilla just that I'm giving them 5 🌟 because they have good customer service
