I had stopped coming to this Taco Bell location about a year or two ago, despite it being right down the road from my home, because every single time I went, half the store's inventory was out! NO soda, NO soft or hard shells, NO beef...It was getting absolutely ridiculous. So we stopped eating here for quite some time. Only after getting increasingly unhappy with the alternative location we went to, did we decide to give this location a go, again. Things seem to have changed, we've been a few times now and nothing has been out of stock. The food has been fresh, and the staff decent. Way to turn it around.

Horrible customer service. The girl working the drive thru informed us that they were out of nacho cheese (which is pretty much on everything) after we already ordered so we asked if it was possible to just put shredded cheese on the barito.. she became irritated and told us their would be an extra charge. (Is it that big of a loss to put shredded cheese instead of nacho cheese?) They turned down money over cheese.. She wasn’t willing to help or even speak with the manager so we decided to go to McDonald’s across the street. Taco Bell has always been my favorite place to eat. I’ve never had any issues until I came to this location. I will never return to this one again. 

To the very rude employee,  if you hate your job that much maybe you should consider a career change.. just saying.

Stay home! Food is horrible. Everything is stale and tastes old. Nothing is fresh, lettuce is brown and wilty. Tomatoes were white and not fresh. Refried beans were burnt. Very tasteless. Also, the restaurant was freezing cold. The cashiers were just standing there shivering. Wouldn't want to work there either, just saying...

Ordered food boyfriend doesn't like sour cream so asked for no sour cream on his stuff.  They didn't put sour cream on anything including my stuff although I love sour cream.

I have always enjoyed Taco Bell, but the one on Manatee was not such a pleasure to eat at.  Next time we'll go go Cortez Road where we are getting positive feedback from customers.
