I gave a two for good food and some good workers. I say the some very lightly. Here's my reason why. 

Earlier today at the "Fulton branch", my mother had ordered from you guys.

What I don't understand is why would one of your managers and four of your employees started making fun of her English and told her to go back to her country. From what my mother has told me, they never gave their names, only laughed at her. Gee, I didn't know this was high school all over again. Guess some people don't know when to grow up. 

I suppose you lucky few that worked earlier are feeling mighty fine with yourselves for doing a job well done. Give a good pat on your backs for being total asshats and giving a good example of not going back to where crummy people work at to my mother. :)

So please enlighten me with your reply of an "I'm sorry for the inconvenience, we're going to handle this." Then slapping them on the back and telling them not to do it again. We're used to it.

Friendly staff, always get my order right. Sorry but some of the people on here exaggerate the wait time, I've never been in that drive through longer than 10-15 minutes in the middle of a lunch rush. Order is always right and the food is great, way better than some of the other stores I've been too.

Not fast food.  Yesterday the wait time was 30-45 minutes to get your order.  After waiting 20 minutes we requested a refund.  The people who left before I did this said they waited 37 minutes.  No mention as we ordered, that all the folks sitting in all the tables were still waiting for their food, and that there would be a long wait.  I can go to the grocery buy the food and make it faster 😵.  If you are on a lunch break or in a hurry, don't even bother.

I was there earlier on 2-4-2018. I was at the drive thru ordering two crunch supremes and two beef burritos and since my English is bad and I mixed up my words, I was laughed at by one manager and four employees on the speaker. 

When I pulled up to the window, the African-American female laughed at me in my face and I was told to go back to my country. 

So you might as hire better people to work for you instead of people who makes fun of someone for their language or disability.
