I know who the district managers are and if they refuse to act like human beings with intelligence I will sue. You slammed a window in my mothers face mid sentence because you couldn't be bothered to properly fix your own mistake. You also refused to help her before other customers. She waited in line like everyone else. I will do everything humanly possible to get you fired. If I have to stand outside Taco Bell with a sign, spend money to bring this location to ruin, I do not care. You do not mistreat people. I am sick of the callousness of fast food workers. I won't give up until your out of work. Thank you for being a jerk it's the best decision you've made.

They never understand my order even though it is on their website. I have trouble getting what I want here without a hassle and the soda counter is always dirty. The Century Lane Taco Bell has much better customer service and always gets my order right. It's also much cleaner.

They made the food pretty good the other day. The staff could be a little more tentative to walk in customers and not everyone busy on the line making an order for one car..

just horrible my food wasn't. cooked all the way there was no meat in my food I got a #6 and it was just packed with lettuces like really!! not to mention there was two other ladys who were haveing problems with there food I should have just left !

As 1 person already mentioned, whoever designed that drive-thru needs to be HUNG BY THEIR TOES!!!.. You better be a VERY GOOD driver...I came up with my own way...I drive in GO PAST the drive-thru (wich will be on your right- hand side) turn left into 1 of the parking spaces, THEN back out and go through the Drive- thru!!!! EASY, HUH??!!
