Absolutely horrible. I know this is not genuine Mexican food but, I asked for a beef and cheese hardshell taco and was given one with lettuce in it. My cheese quesadilla had almost no cheese in it, and was cut into rectangles. My loaded potato griller was not even completely wrapped all the way and tasted hard and old. Never coming back.

Just a warning, don't come close to closing time. My husband arrived just before closing (9:58) tonight after working a 13 hour day, exhausted, grabbing a late dinner. They seriously ignored him. He drove up to the window as they were technically open and they flatout ignored him. When he was much younger he actually managed a taco bell. To say he was disappointed would be an understatement. This is the second bad experience we have had at this location too.

I travel frequently and enjoy Taco Bell so I've visited many Taco Bells. Some may consider me a Taco Bell afficoando even...I CAN say hands down, this is the worst Taco Bell that exists. Orders are constantly messed up, food is served incredibly sloppy, customer service is lacking by some (&response to messed up orders) and the drive thru line takes an abnormally long time. Wish they would improve. I've been craving some Taco Bell, but won't go here again.

So sloowwwwww 😭 and bonus points: there is only one nice person who works there, everyone else treats you like garbage water. I just want a spicy potato soft taco without being judged.

food is decent, but the whole place is a horrid circus, waits are always long, and they often forget orders all together. don't go if you're in a hurry. expect a cold burrito
