The employees seem to be very unhappy, no one greeted us. The young lady just came and stood at the register and said nothing. Another customer was complaining about the same thing. Then when my food was ready the young man came up from the back, put my bag on the counter and barely said my number that i could hear didnt say have a nice day or was there anything else i needed NOTHING! The Manager on duty had the same disposition.
We were there on Jan 27, 2017 at around 10:15am

Waited in the drive thru line for almost 20 mins only to be greeted and truly taken care of by Jalila B my cashier she had excellent customer service and made all frustrations of waiting go out the window.  Thank you Jalila for making my day.

This place never fails to disappoint me. The employees there are not paying attention. The employees always have attitudes and they get my order wrong all the time. They also don’t even give me my order sometimes. Something needs to be done about the service there

Not a regular at Taco Bell but it was a welcomed change from burgers, fried chicken, fries and subs. Value menu gives U a lot of food for $5, including a drink. Not bad!

Waited in the drive thru line for 25 mins today. Had I known it was going to take that long I would’ve drove off but once your in that line there’s no way to turn out.
