They are so focused on experimenting on new items that they lost site of the basics. I ordered a combination burrito without red sauce, replace by green sauce. When I got home the burrito was filled with some indescribable red mush. I took it back , hoping for a simple meat and bean burrito, with cheese and green sauce. Once again it was filled with red mush, with the slightest hint of green sauce.
You have lost my business if you can't get a simple burrito request right. Go back to your original recipe. See what brought customers in in the first place.

Excellent service. Manager took care to make sure everything was alright.  Gal that took our order did a fantastic job of talking to my young kids and coaxing their order out.  This is what a taco Bell should be. Clean, fast, and exactly what we expected.

Taco Bell is ok for quick and cheap. I liked there old recipe better and wished they still served the taco burgers.
