Ordered 6 items and then waited 25 minutes in the drive thru because three vehicles in front of us ordered over 50 items. Not a big deal if they would have warned us of the wait time or you know moved the vehicle that was waiting out of the drive thru lane like most fast food places. Then after I asked about it I wasn’t offered a discount or anything else for the wait. I ended up telling them no thanks for the food and then going else where. Just terrible customer service. Won’t be going back to this location for a long while after this.

We have had great food and a experience in the past when the Taco Bell restaurant first opened in Chehalis, but had the worst food and experience at tonight's visit! Our family ordered 4 crunch wrap supremes and each one was made with ingredients put only on one half, and had an abnormally bad taste. We talked to the cashier and she nonchalantly told us that we could have new ones made. We waited for over a half hour before they brought us a new crunch wrap. Unfortunately the fresh one was equally as bad! It's very disappointing, as we were excited to have a new Taco Bell near us, and after this experience we may never go back.

Both times I've gone the food has been under cooked, the chalupa shells were hard....

Walked in, didn't know what I wanted, Hostess gave suggestions, and had a Very Good dining experience! I will be back as being a new Taco Bell, was Very Clean & well organized! Food was Delicious and served Promptly! Hostess was very nice and helpful! Plus side was the Military Discount! I'm Very Grateful!
