WiFi, no power

Clean, clean, clean !!! The parking lot was clean. The tables, floor, window sills, and counters.  The condiments were filled and tidy. Staff were friendly but focused. The staff care, and that means: management cares.

The food was cooked perfect.

Came back. Still as clean as when I came the first time.  Food just as tasty.

I'm going to say this right now, I feel like this place is constantly short staffed. Even during non-peak hours, there seem to always be 5-10 cars in the drive through. And on busier nights, some friends and I have been in the drive through in upwards of 45 minutes. And I speak that seriously, it's not an exaggeration. If I had expected it to be so slow, no, I would not have stayed there. Also, this is a small thing, but we didn't get poprocks in our poprock freeze drink. That made me sad...

I must say, I don't believe the workers are the issue here. I think it may be management that needs an overhaul. The workers that are there all seem to be working extremely hard and as fast and efficiently as possible, but I think the issue is that there just aren't enough. They need to hire more people. The sad part is, I know some well qualified people who have applied with no response, good or bad. That just seems strange from a place that looks to have issues with staffing.

This is just my own take on it, but it's the closest Taco Bell to me so I've been here and seen this quite a lot. It needs some help.

Used to be faster. Drive through can take 20+ minutes like today for example. They need to have people pull around like most other fast food if it is not ready. However, they usually have very friendly workers at this location
