I have been to this location multiple times. I have never had any issues with any of my orders or the food. The staff is always friendly. I prefer this location over some that I have been to in the past. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the dining area could be kept up better and wait times for food improved.

The food quality is good, the wait time can range from really good to really bad, however the timing is just. I've come here over 40 times and every visit is different with timings during the night. The employees are always nice and explain the reasoning whenever it is a long wait and offer a free drink or extra food to compensate, I have heard many orders of cars in front of me on drive and the timing was impeccable, a man had ordered 3 twelve packs of tacos and more which seems to be the case whenever it seems slow, one person orders a lot slowing everyone down, but whenever I come without a line my order is done seemingly instantly. Extremely good service in comparison to other Taco Bell's remotely nearby.

Well... I have been waiting a long time in line. While the food is usually delicious they at this location frequently mess orders up. But it's taco Bell and good so you can't really complain.

Edit: Unsure if they are understaffed or what.. they keep checking on the person in front of us without giving them food. I've been going to this location for years with a consistent 3 star review, this makes me want to lower it.

If I could give zero stars I would. They were super slow on a Monday night and I had a medium size order. The workers were behind the window getting each other fountain drinks and the girl at the window kept asking me questions and customer servicing me well so I thought I could trust the bag. That was not the case. I got home and I was missing HALF of my food. And I bought for my family after getting out of work so now people don’t have food people workers wanted to mess around. And the food that was in the bag was throw together and there were taco insides everywhere. I am extremely disappointed and never going back to this location.

If i could give a zero, i would. Ive only been here twice mind you, but the first time half my order was wrong. I tried to give it a second chance and this time the order was burnt and cold. I wont try again. Both times were 20 minute waits in drive through.
