Food here is always great. Service is limited here. They want you to order on the kiosk regardless if employees are busy or not. The temperature in the restaurant is freezing. Google says it needs to be a least 45 degrees to see your breath. I CAN SEE MY BREATH as my son and I sit here every week in the morning for our weekly breakfast routine. Every day it gets colder! Today I can see my breath as we talked. It’s too cold to enjoy your meal here! Please look into your store.. it’s neglected in a warm welcoming environment!
They close the dinning room at 9pm now? The doors were open and we happen to walk in at 9:13 they said they were closed with such an attitude demanded we get out! No apologies for the inconvenience of having left the door open to the public, with an awkward feel I asked if the drive thru was at least open?? There is no stars left to rate the bad service, the company should train for better customer service skills. I will NEVER buy from this establishment ever again..
As a frequent customer of this location, I can tell you the food always tastes good even if portions are quite strict. My only real and personal complaint is that this location closes the dining room at 9PM despite most of their competitors closing closer to midnight.Food: 5/5
Service slow, the new cantina item only mediocre. It seems like the drive up orders get far quicker service then inside.

Tacos were delicious, but there was a major issue with the soda machine. The Pepsi was out on all the buttons when I told the young lady about it, she said "We know!" When I asked if they were going to change it out, she said, "NO!" She was very rude. If the tacos had not already been made,I would have demanded a refune and left. Several customers asked the same thing and got the same reply
At the LA Quinta, CA store I waited 14 minutes at the counter with no one taking my order. There were at least 3 people and they were all serving drive thru customers. When someone arrived I told her that it was a really long wait she rolled her eyes and said" sorry, do you want some food?" She said her name was Christine and she was the manager. It was so poorly run.
Gosh how many times have I been to this Taco Bell? Embarrassing maybe? Haha. Always fast service and nice people working. They make a good bean and cheese. Thx Taco Bell!Food: 5/5
Place use to be good! Now check the Drive Thru orders..always wrong! Not sure why In and Out can get great help but these Taco Bells are a mess! COVID is over Taco Bell! No.more excuses!Food: 4/5
