The people that work here are rockstars. They are short staffed but are trying their best. One woman working today really worked hard to keep the kitchen moving. She was very upbeat and positive despite the stress of multiple orders with little help! Ontop of all that, my order had multiple adjustments and every single thing was correct, amazing!
Worst experience EVER!!!!!! Received TOTALLY different order!!! I had gotten food via drive thru. I am a vegetarian so I customized everything accordingly. I kept on repeating that everything I ordered should be sub BEANS and NOT MEAT! When I pulled up to the window to pay, the staff was laughing because even at the window I told her that everything should be sub bean, no meat. I drove home from there after getting the food, which was about half an hour away. I got home and I got completely DIFFERENT order. Everything had meat and it was completely incorrect order. I called that place back and the "manager" picked up. She said that she can not do anything even before I was done explaining. I understand that everyone makes mistakes but this was unacceptable. She was totally rude and the background had laughing sounds. If possibly I would give this place ZERO stars. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!
I am not exaggerating when I say of the 10 attempts I've made to get food here in the last couple years, 8 of them were met with "We don't have any meat" or "The computers are not working so we are closed" sometime between 7 and 10 pm. It's Taco Bell... Order some extra ground beef and replace the computer? It's a staffing issue, every single time. In addition to them "closing early" stopping food prep, making up stories about equipment, they're always remarkably short tempered and rude about it. If people are having a good experience here, perhaps it's during lunch/daytime hours? Never once have we had a "good" experience here, and the vast majority of visits are "We ain't helping you!"
I had missing items plus i asked everything all items to be veggie refried beans and confirmed multiple times with drivethru operator. But when i came home and open order all the items had meat. I had to throw away the whole order. When i called them to tell them about situation. the manager was very rude. This is one of worse experience i had at taco bell. Vegetarian options: GAVE ME MEAT in all the items after i confirmed 3-4 times.
Always order through the app and they've never given me a wrong order. I will say their fountain soda leaves my mouth with an odd kind of after taste. Not sure if it's unclean lines or if they use tap water for ice or something, but it has a noticeably different taste then any other Taco Bell. I've resorted to getting the coffee and that can also be hit or miss depending on whose making it. When they're on they're on though!
Literally just went through the drive through at 3:15pm Jan 1 2023 & immediately the girl taking my order said they’re not taking any orders except for mobile orders. I asked why and she said because they were under staffed but there was nobody in line in front of me at the ordering speaker, someone pulled up behind me that was it.. your under staffed and can’t take my order even with nobody in line? This location always has issues like this where people don’t want to work. There’s always an excuse here. This location sucks.
The lady who took my order was very nice. But…. Whom ever made my food 10/29/2022 around 11:10 you should be fired you should take pride in whatever you do but that’s what I get for not cooking at home. I was way too tired to bring my food back it was a total waste of time and money. Word of advice cook at home
Would not let me order more than 5 items. Kept rushing me with the total when I did not state that I was finished with my order. Once I received my food, there was just a sliver of meat filling in the taco. Food was very rushed.<b>Food</b>: 1/5
This place is under staffed and poorly run. Drive thru lines are long and workers are inattentive. I’ve had orders come out wrong on multiple occasions as some of them can’t even differentiate between refried beans and black beans. They also don’t put forks in your bag for items that need them.
June 08,2021. Shorted me out of 8 tacos and won't pick up their phone! Prior to 2021: Reasonable taco bell..have had to wait for long lines. But overall fairly descent operation.
