I love this place. The employees are friendly, courteous, and my orders are correct nine times out of ten. I rarely ever have to sit and wait, and the food is always fresh. What more can you ask for out of a fast food joint? Five stars!

Everytime I go to Taco Bell in Pontotoc they get the order wrong. Or just the taco in general. Stuff that has never been put on the taco, gets put on there. It's just awful.- I made this review a while a go. And I still stand by it. My shredded chicken taco does not come with ranch dressing on it! 🙄

I have always gotten what I paid for and it has always been fresh. The wait was a bit longer than expected but will trade a couple extra minutes for fresh made food.

After 6pm they are SUPER slow. I'm talking 10+ minute wait for a taco while there are 2 other cars.. before 6pm really good fast service
