Probably one of the worst visits today. Order a Cheddar chulpa box was told they no longer have it and haven't for a while still on the menu then order 3 tacos no lettuce one has more cheese then meat the shells are stale, order cheesy fiesta potatoes and get no plastic silverware to eat it with and no napkins. I understand that menus change put a sticker over the item like you did the Mexican Pizza, make sure items aren't stale and for $7.19 it's worth ordering. I don't even have $2.00 worth of food between the tacos.

Being one of the popular drive-thru you know that there will be a line. But they are working hard to get people through quickly. They are kind and even witty. Will definitely be back again.  Vegetarian options: Don&#39;t feel left out vegan lovers there is choices for you and it&#39;s more than bean and rice.  Kid-friendliness: There are choices for kids too

My mom has a lot of dietary restrictions, she can't eat meat or dairy without getting really sick and getting flare ups so Taco bell is really nice due to being able to customize your food. We usually order from Tiffin aves store and they always make sure everything is great for us, especially her, however this time when we ordered online it switched the store to this one. When our food arrived they forgot FOUR different items, and the only food that had specific details to not put any meat or dairy on it had cheese on it. We understood it was a big order so we gave them a call and told them exactly what they had missed, and what they had messed up, so they asked us if we could come pick it up and tell them what the order was instead of delivering it to us; which we agreed because we just wanted our food. My mom decided to go down to make sure they didn't put cheese on her food this time and to pick up the missing items, she was on the phone with us and in detail she told them everything we were missing and that she needed no cheese on her food because she can't have it. My mom had been working all day but was very patient and excited for food, and when she got back home exited to eat, they somehow managed to put cheese and sour cream on her food again. She was so tired from work and exhausted she didn't have the energy to worry about it, and it's just taco bell, but it was upsetting to see as she had been so patient and make extra sure online and in person that there needed to be no dairy or meat. I understand it's a fast food place, and I understand things happen, but as someone who's worked in fast food for a long time it really isn't that hard. I'm not sure how you can manage to mess up twice that bad with very specific instructions, it's honestly embarrassing lmao. Definitely the bad taco bell here in Findlay.

I love me some Trenton Ave, Taco Bell! Absolutely love night shift, I give them a hard time, I’m very very picky!! But this morning shift hunny y’all did the damn thing!! Love y’all God bless!! There’s a really handsome night manger that’s been with the company for years y’all stop by and check him out lol!!!

Nothing like ordering extra sauce and getting ZERO!!!  If you could all just care 2% it would be so much better!! This is the first time I have given them a chance. And they screw it all up!! So simple!

Look. I understand there is an issue with new hires and all that. But today was the last straw. My order is always wrong at this location. Today, I ordered a combo and asked for the taco soft, no lettuce for my kid and 2 potato tacos no sauce. I even checked one of the potato tacos before I drove away because I hate the sauce, and it was fine. Tell me why I just got home and have a soft taco with lettuce and a 2nd soft taco with nothing on it but potatoes and Chipotle sauce? THE ORDER ON THE SCREEN WAS RIGHT 2 OF THE SAME THING.  I shouldn't have to check every single item in my order before I drive away. It wasn't busy. I just cannot even come up with a reasonable excuse for this.

I have always had great service here. Sometimes the food can get mixed up or incorrectly done but mostly that is not an issue with my experience here.Food: 3/5

Honestly, inexcusable. Ordered two of the new chicken sandwich tacos, and they were both burnt to all hell with one having almost no chicken at all and being quite literally as hard as a rock, no exaggeration. Even the meat was almost black. See photos The other one had a portion of chicken at least closer to what’s expected, but was still burnt to the point of the breading alone being almost as hard as the other piece of chicken. Let’s not even mention the fact that on top of all of this, the jalapeños were forgotten on both of them. Worst thing is; this isn’t a case of someone forgetting something, or making a slight error and deciding to still send out an order, but one of your employees blatantly stuffing chicken rocks into a shell and sending them out to your customers. Will not be coming back, certainly.

I didn't go into order the food so I don't know about service or the atmosphere but I had to go and the Doritos nacho tacos are delicious that's what I can sayFood: 5/5

Went through the drive thru. Was shorted a soft taco. They did nothing except suggest we come back, but the ten minute drive wouldn't be worth it for the rest of food to get cold. Other tacos were a mess and the nachos hardly had anything. Must be nice to work for a place with no standards.
