Expect to receive little to no customer service at the front counter. I believe the lack of customer service at the front counter is to force their customers into using their new kiosk machine, smh. Most, if not all employees, including the store manager, or unprofessional. Their uniforms look like they haven’t been washed in weeks. The regional manager needs to clean house and start fresh with a new management team/ staff immediately. I don’t know what happened but after the pandemic, poor customer service has become the norm. And people have become very rude.
Weird parking lot, great food! My husband loves this location. They don't skimp on the taco/burrito fillings, and the staff is always very professional and friendly. I definitely recommend this location. Best one I've had in Maryland!Food: 5/5
Prices are way too high for food that doesn't compare For 3 people I just paid $46 to eat I can go to Chick-fil-A for 3 people and pay $28 Is way better food!! you guys are a rip off for food that isn't even that good I only came because my kids wanted me to
I just wish that people would only serve what they would eat them selves. The food was so bad, I have decided that if I want Mexican late at night, it's better if I wait and eat it at a Mexican restaurant. I understand it's fast food, but My Money is hard earned. I expect to get 100% like I paid 100%. Take Care Taco Bell, I won't be back.
Not great the last couple times. They need to figure out a better system between drive thru, mobile orders and counter orders. I waited 30 minutes for a mobile order that was placed 10 minutes prior to getting there. People were coming in and getting their food that they ordered through the kiosk or with the cashier before myself and two other people. Everyone was arguing in the back about who was making what. If you informed someone you were there for a mobile order they would get an attitude.
My husband went through the drive thru, he ordered a burrito supreme, he made a comment and not in a nasty way and asked if they could make it like they used to, basically asking for more meat and less beans. The reply he got was “I’ve been working with Taco Bell for years and we make it the same we’ve always made it, if you don’t like it, go somewhere else.” The guy who spoke to him was rude and disrespectful. Bad day or not, all he had to do was explain it cost more for more meat and my husband would have paid for the extra meat, instead he was nasty and my husband paid $6 for a burrito supreme that was the size of a McDonald’s breakfast burrito. It had more beans than anything. I tried calling the restaurant and got no answer, ridiculous. They’ve gone downhill and it’s a shame they’re cheating people out of their money.
This location was staffed with a young crew that was more interested in socializing than working. There was no one at the counter so we had to use the kiosk to order. Everyone that came in had to yell to the back room for service and there was not one clean table to dine at. We ended up getting the wrong order but couldn’t get anyone to help at the counter.
Decided to have Taco Bell for dinner. Drive thru had about 10 cars lined up. and I thought going into the restaurant would be much quicker than going through the drive thru. I walked in, saw they had a self ordering computer. I decided to use that. A gentleman who came in as I completed my order, chose to use the cashier to order his meal. Taco Bell is supposed to be a fast food restaurant. After about 20 minutes, they called the gentlemans name to pick up his order. I decided to wait another 5 minutes to ask, if they had my order, when they told me that my order was 2 more order in line. By choosing to go into the restaurant and order from the self check out, my order took over 30 minutes before getting it. To top it off, they told me that they were out of large cups, mind you I super sized my beverage. The line cook, gave the lady in front of me 2 medium cups. What was I thinking, I wasn't going to get a refund for .20 cents. I said could I get another cup. He hestitantly gave me a small cup. All customers are important, especially ones that come into the restaurant looking to order food. This was a bad experience, that I hope other people do not encounter and I truly think management needs to make a change in the processes they have in place. Rant Complete!
They make your food as soon as you order it on the app here and good luck getting a refund if you have any problems/issues/trouble. They absolutely do not care if you get your order once they have your money.
I asked for a different sauce on my chalupas and the girl straight up said no. Then I said you don't have any other sauce so they named them off and then proceeded to tell me it was extra. I don't care if it's extra. I asked you what other sauce you had. They told me two or three times that it was extra and I don't care. I got my food home and I feel like they didn't put enough chicken on there on purpose because I said I didn't care about the money for my extra sauce on my chalupas.
