We ordered food to feed 6 people and then drove to the window and asked for 2 courtesy waters… the manager refused to allow the cashier to give them to us. The store just had someone quit that morning and only had drive-thru open. No doubt the manager is the reason the “Now Hiring” signs are plastered along the storefront. Customer service and pleasing the customer should be central in the food service industry - especially when requests are reasonable.
I ordered a power bowl, I asked for the rice and beans on the side, which comes in the power bowl. I was told no, they would not do that. I asked why, and I was told thst if I wanted rice and beans on the side, I would have to pay extra for them. I told them it came with the power bowl so it shouldn't be considered extra. They told me, no,.they wouldn't do it. I left. I had a huge order and that was the only special request. I spent my money at Wendy's which was next door.
I would sooner order dog food then get another meal from here. they didnt give us any food we ordered and instead just gave us bean and cheese burritos which wouldnt have been bad if they had at least been warm.
The breakfast taco is one if not the best. I even tried them at Mexican and Tex-Mex places, TB's Breakfast tacos are the best. I wish they would bake if asked the Hashbrowns!Food: 4/5
I order on the kiosk. Then I go to the counter. Never have a problem and the food is always good, fresh and correct. Vegetarian options: The Black Bean Burrito is great! So is the vegetarian Taco Supreme! I'm not a vegetarian, but I do still enjoy these!
I'm officially beyond done with jennings Taco bell. It's hit miss but 80% a miss. It needs to be sad it's time to upgrade your lazy, nasty, unfriendly, incompetent, wrong order making humans for ROBOTS!!!! It's no one fault but the idiots that work for yall. Bet your sale and star ratings would go through the roof.
Friendly staff, but food was cold. Baja blast doesn't hit the spot anymore--it is too sweet. I don't know why I give Taco Bell a chance anymore lol.

Thoughts everything was kosher , then we pulled up to the window. My mom was very nice and just asked if there was sauce,he didnt ask our prefrence. She was met with " everything is in the bag." He didnt even know what sauce we wanted. My mom said thank you very much, to which he rolled his eyes and closed the window in her face and walked away.
Night crew is absolute GOLD! The sweetest, funniest, most down town earth people! Morning crew is a different story entirely.. will only come after 6 at night..
