Half the food was cold, they messed up part of our order, we were missing an item and there was a very long hair in one of the burritos. Also they were somehow out of every hot sauce except Diablo. Only giving two stars because they offered to remake the meal for us tonight or at a later date.Food: 1/5
I went through the drive thru on October 19th 2022, I have a severe dairy allergy if I eat any dairy I go in to anaphylactic shock, I specifically asked for no cheese or dairy on my food and I get sour cream and nacho sauce on my Crunchwrap, not to happy considering this was my lunch for the day Dietary restrictions: I have a severe dairy allergy
Updated 09.13.2021 - Tried again with this place. It is just a horrible experience every time I go there. Ordered three tacos, burrito supreme, chips and cheese, and cheesy roll ups. No tacos came with the order. Burrito supreme came with tomatoes even though the ticket clearly states no tomatoes. No sauce in the bag after specifically requesting sauce. Called the store and spoke with Becca. She claims the delivery driver must have stole the food because everything was in there. After seeing how they consistently mess up orders, I highly doubt that was the case. She also claims that their stickers are easily peeled and replaced. Why on earth would you not close and seal the bag in a way that prevents something like this if that was truly the case? She took zero responsibility and refused to even accept the remote chance that they messed up. Again. For a restaurant barely clinging to 3 stars. I apologize for the rant but it is just frustrating when you spend hard earned money on something and get screwed. Especially when hungry. Original Post - This Taco Bell location is consistently bad. You ask for no tomatoes on a burrito and it almost feels as if they put additional tomatoes on the burrito. We ordered three tacos and two burritos. We asked for fire sauce. They gave us one, ONE, mild sauce. For five items. How hard is it to put the correct sauce in the bag?
We were the only ones in the dining room. Waited 18 minutes before staff asked if we ever received our order, which never arrived. The Steak burrito was OK, the beef burrito I ordered had little or no beef, just runny beans. We were given coupons for free tacos for the poor service, but it wouldn't be worth returning because the quality of food was so disappointing. We've been Taco Bell patrons for many years, but won't be back.
Here goes yet another poor review of this particular Taco Bell. They seem to always be 'short staffed' and mgt turn over is consistent. From poor training to food issues, always something in the 'one star range' for them. My feedback was also sent on thru their survey this time and is for the simple 'taco supreme'! Don't waste your money ordering this people as you'll likely not get the ingredients listed as what you are paying for; ex: second time ordering a taco supreme and no sour cream; first time there was none, second time managed to get a dime size portion. Next time I will try asking for the sour cream on the side and see how that goes. Small thing but you do sell tacos here, can't you get it right at least once!
Slowest taco bell I have ever been in. The staff completely ignored customers walking in. Staff walked in the door from a break and from decorating did inquire if we had been helped but did not help complete any orders. Orders from DoorDash and delivery services also waited. All staff we walking slowly with no sense of urgency or need to get a job done. This was a terrible taco bell.
I hate to leave bad reviews but honestly, we visit this location frequently and they have NEVER gotten our order correct. EVER! The food is good, what you'd expect from any Taco Bell, but the service is terribly slow and they never get the order right
Kudos to the 5 pm shift at this Taco Bell. Seems I haven't had any fast food the even closely resembled the photos for a long time, let alone exceed them. Had a couple tostadas and a taco, and look at the pics to see for yourself. They were pretty busy in the drive thru so took a few minutes, but their attention to detail is commendable. Hope management notices.
We got the taco pass in October and went everyday that month. It was always super fast, and super friendly. Very impressed at how consistent it was.Food: 5/5
I got 4 Five layers and 1 crunch wrap and asked for HOT & DIABLO sauce and received 1 Diablo packet. I can't find the sauce in stores anymore so them only giving 1 packet is super annoying.
