Wow. Only taco bell I've been to in the last year that has not had a line of cars wrapped around the building. Good job.  Order was correct double steak burrito was awesome.

Ok...came in at exactly 11am on 12/11/2022. We ordered 2 nacho fry boxes. I asked for my nacho fries to be fresh. When we received  our order, we were  missing a nacho fry. The Caucasian lady with the blonde hair told me that,..."they are", and she just stared at me adamantly basically in refusal of dropping another batch anyway. How? When they're luke warm to the touch.  Not just only that, my taco that came with the nacho fry box, was broken. Hardly any meat. Just lettuce and cheese. The Caucasian lady said your nacho fries are in the grease, so why did she give me those old nacho fries in the 1st place and she lied to my face???  I wanted both of them fresh. Not 1 nacho fry already bagged, waiting on the other to come out the grease. Than she apologized. Moral of the story is just listen and check  before you speak.  I'm the paying customer, and I was right literally.

I live in Romulus and believe in supporting local businesses; but I will never be back. Ordered a simple 3 taco combo meal. I'm the only one in there. Took almost 12 minutes to make 3 tacos. No explanation. No "sorry for your wait." Nothing. Just hands me my bag and walks away. Terrible costumer service.

So disorganized and slow! Went through the drive thru and was told that I had to enter to place my order. There are only two self serve kiosk machines and they said that I had to wait to use them. After fumbling with the machine because I'm not trained to work this thing and I don't work here it took me over five minutes to order a taco box. Then I had to wait over 5 minutes so far because I'm actually still here and waiting for my order. As I waited one customer complained that they messed up his order. Two customers that showed after me already received theirs... not sure what's going on back there. All I hear is hip hop music going along with terrible singing from one of the employees. So they just handed me my order and somehow got the name wrong. They were calling for "Matt" but I'm not sure how that got messed up since I'm the one that placing the order and myself. So yeah 15 minutes later I finally got my food.

Went through the drive through and all the kids working there were hanging out talking at the drive through window. Took 20 minutes to get 2 grilled cheese burritos that were made wrong and one chicken quesadilla. There was only one car ahead of us and they pulled off as we were ordering. Next time we are in the area and need to stop we will go to Mc Donald's or Burger King

This is absolutely disgusting. I got Taco Bell tonight at 11:20Pm was eating, so I’m in my car on my ride home. I just couldn’t wait when I get home and take the bag in the house. I realize there are ants all over the inside of the bag and inside the box of my food.

We ordered from door dash because we were stuck in Detroit due to a cancelled flight. Taco Bell would not answer their phone.  We ordered two nacho bell grande, they had a smidgeon of meat, refried beans, zero cheese, two pieces of tomatoes and one had sour cream they were mainly broken chips. We specifically put 10 sauces of both fire and hot received zero.   Also no napkins. When we called the driver his response was it’s sealed he can’t open it. Worst Taco Bell order we have ever gotten. How do you put no sauces and no napkins. Total fail by Taco Bell and also Door Dash. As much as Door Dash was paid they could have opened the bag. Q

Whoever is making the food in the taco bell on rawsonville right now is making the best damn taco bell I've ever had. Was in the line for an hour waiting and wast even mad after eating the food. That girl in there needs a raise

Messed up a vegetarian order and gave out undercooked rice in a bowl and 2 burritos which can lead to severe FOOD POISONING and all w a bad, rushed attitude. Ruined a 20$ meal for my boyfriend and I. Absolute waste of money.
