I stopped by Taco Bell yesterday for a cheap snack and got exactly what I ordered. Look folks, it's not the Ritz. It is cheap food at a cheap price. Nothing more, nothing less. The staff knows what they are doing here and that's what counts. If you want a competitive meal are in a hurry and don't want to spend much then this is your place. It could be cleaner but once again you get what you pay for! As Always, Enjoy!
They only do doordash here. Even if you place an online order, go there to pick it up, they tell you to place another order through doordash. And get this, wait in their parking lot and have it delivered to your car by doordash. Not to mention you already paid for your mobile order through Taco Bell's appFood: 1/5
This is probably the worst taco bell i've ever stopped at every single time
Worst Taco Bell ever! I am that because, of course, it's PEOPLE which ruin Everything. THE people There perhaps not all of them, but some of the Ghetto speaking Girls probably young girls do not belong there, instead should be somewhere Learning how to speak properly and how to conduct themselves in a public environment.Food: 3/5
Some of the workers there are rude, we ordered 4 steak tacos, which I only got 2 of them, and the other 2 were regular soft tacos and the steak tacos barely had meat on it only 3 pieces on one of them and 2 pieces on the other and I paid almost 4 dollars per each one, no I don't like this taco bell at all, I will for now on go to Newport tacos bell.. you workers need to be trained again in the covington Taco Bell.
Went through drive thru late on a Thursday night. Got through quickly, received the food I ordered AND it was hot! A fast food joint that actually meets the bare minimum= 5 stars.Food: 5/5
Staff behavior horrible! One teen employee on phone in dining area using foul language entire time we were there. No management intervention. Only one appreciative of her job was the young lady that took our order. Kudos to her. Food was ok.
Went here a little over a month ago, I used the drive thru, when I got home I noticed that I lost my card. I thought I might’ve dropped it in my car & this card didn’t have any more money on it so I just let it go. Skip to about a month later, I get a notification that the card was declined at Covington Taco Bell. I decide to check the last transaction I made with the card and wouldn’t you know it, Covington Taco Bell. So just beware when you go to Covington Taco Bell, they have a worker who will try to steal your card.
Useless in the late evening or night. They close their entire restaurant, including drive thru, to DoorDash only. What’s the point of a drive thru fast food restaurant if you only serve DoorDash? Pathetic management/ownership. Shame on them. This is probably the tenth time this has happened in the last year.Food: 3/5
At night it’s the worst place to deal with they are not only rude but slow this Taco Bell along with all the other restaurants service Cincinnati area and more but the main issue that is caused is from the little skinny dark haired girl with glasses the rudest of them all. Do better with costumer service and to third party pick ups. Parking: Needs a new parking lot and drivecthru
