I think I am once again a Taco Bell fan. After ordering I realized why they get so many customers. It is the last fast food restaurant that allows a decent meal without costing a fortune. That should have you trying them if you have forgotten. Dump Chipotle, and head to TB today. The food was hot, fresh and tasty! They no longer serve on trays, that I could see. While we ordered Dine in, it was delivered in a bag for takeout. I did help a woman use the ordering kiosk. She was rather befuddled. But once she realized how easy it was, and that she could pay cash at the counter she way happy. Thanks for a wonderful experience! Great job team! Vegetarian options: Because you can tailor you order on the ipad, you can easily choose all vegetables. Dietary restrictions: They have options to choose to keep of lose when ordering. So, your dietary restrictions can be met. Plus the team is very thorough. Parking: Because of the location, there is plenty of parking. There are other businesses, but Taco Bell was the busiest by far. They have an easy in and out for the Drive-thru which was very busy. Kid-friendliness: There is plenty of room for all. Lots of tables of all shapes, sizes and height. We saw a family enjoying a sunny table. With all the color and things to look at I can see children engaged. Wheelchair accessibility: The location is on a first floor and there is an easy in as well as table accessibility.
Taco Bell needs to remember that not everyone is wise to having to use a kiosk to order. I was at a local taco bell with a good friend and not only did we have to have a employee show/ place our order on the kiosk we don't know how to use them but I literally seen 3 potential customers walk out because they had to use the kiosk instead of a employee being personable, polite and physically taking their order over the counter. I understand that times and difficult along with employee shortages but you NEED to have one person working the counter for those who need or prefer to interact with a human being instead of a computer.
I went in and this girl I think her name is Jersey gave the worse customer service I think I’ve ever had in my life! She was super rude, gave dirty looks, and even talked to me like I was trash!! This girl makes me never want to come back to this Taco Bell ever again which sucks cause it’s right by my house! If you don’t get rid of this girl you’re going to lose a lot of customers with her horrible service and energy!
I usually order online in the morning and I have not once been greeted at the drive thru within 10 minutes of pulling up. I wait till about 15-20 after I order to give them time but I have waited over 20 minutes every time. They are never prepared to open on time and always seem to just not enjoy their job. I get it, I work in fast food as well but to not acknowledge someone in the drive thru that you can clearly see is not okay. Today after 12 minutes of sitting in the drive thru they informed me that they had not turned on any fryers and to come back later. I ordered on the app. I asked if I should just cancel my order and she said to give the fryers time to warm up and come back in about 5 minutes. This just really frustrates me. At my work place we get there at least an hour before we open and the first thing that is done is turn on all equipment. I will not be coming back to this location for a long time, especially in the morning!!
This place has gone downhill. They used to have good workers and dining area open, but now the dining area is closed due to short staff. I don't blame the staff for quitting. Who would want to work for a horrible manager that everybody is talking about in the 1 star reviews.Food: 1/5
This is quite possibly the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The dining room is closed half the time. Going through the drive-through today I was told that my order Is limited to eight items because they are shortstaffed. This has to be one of the worst managed stores in all of Reno.Food: 1/5
It was most HORRIBLE experience I have ever had in any fast food restaurant! I was having problems with ordering on the new video screens where you now place your order. I asked a young gentleman and a mid-forties Mexican woman how to finalize my purchase. . Neither of them could help me. They both left me standing there. I walked to the counter where and even older Mexican woman was talking to the woman that couldn't and did not help me... I stood a couple feet away from both of them as they continue to talk one another... They both could visibly see that I was standing here... I patiently waited several minutes until finally I said excuse me can I get some help? The older Mexican woman Manager just nodded her head at me and said with much attitude ~ JUST A MINUTE!! I waiting for her several more minutes.. she then came over with a young male employee. . I I'm going through a dental procedure and have no teeth awaiting dentures. I was taking a combo $5 meal and in all I wanted to do was take & make the corn tortilla on the taco... A flour tortilla. Almost 5 more minutes had passed.. at this time I was in Taco Bell for 15 minutes. They got the corn tortilla switched out for a flour tortilla. I had brought the order myself to the end of the order.. I had told them and they could see that turned the taco into a taco supreme for $0.90 additional. The order was $6.20. The order was now placed... I walked to the counter where the first Mexican woman was busy on her phone.. I stood there again this time for about three or four minutes.. this time I put myself right in front of her.. she said nothing she did nothing.. I finally said can I pay? She said oh you want to pay?? I said yes... She then told me that her register was closed.. she asked young man working taking the drive-thru orders if he could come and open the other register? He came over I believe his name was Mike... And he explained to her that his register was closed also.. she continued on her phone never looking up to acknowledge me apologize or anything! Mike also didn't even look at me as he walked away.. at this point in time I was there for over 20 minutes.. I had asked for my cup.. and then no one was coming to take my money or begin to prepare my food.. by the time I said something again.. obviously horribly bothering the 2 employees and their manager... I had been in the store close to 30 minutes.. mind you there was no one in the dining room but me the entire time but me... So then I get my order.. walk over to a table... Now I had less than 10 minutes to eat my food before going to my doctor's appointment across the street from Taco Bell.. I sit down and open up what is supposed to be a soft taco supreme... Well it was a soft taco... But no supreme!! Then they began to argue with me saying that I didn't upgrade to a soft taco supreme.. after another couple minutes of arguing with all three employees including the manager.. I told them that my order was almost finalized when they came to help.. I had already entered the upgrade on the screen to a Super taco... They came over and changed corn to flour tortilla. In doing so they inadvertently removed my upgrade of 90 cents... I was truly with everything about Taco Bell and each one of these individuals... They fixed me another a taco supreme.. complaining the entire time.. never an apology or an acknowledgement of their errors... It was an absolute horrendous disgusting display.. I was looked over and not paid attention the first 10 minutes I was there... Then although they were not busy in the dining room at all.. I became a bother to all them! When employees can look at your phone for 7 to 10 minutes.. and not look up and acknowledge a customer trying to pay for his order and so much more.... I feel disrespected in so many ways from these two employees and so disgusted at the more than condescending attitude, and Completely Horrific rudeness this Manager displayed.. I plan on both writing and calling Corporate.. and more regarding the worst ever experience / treatment I have ever had anywhere. 60 yr
We just wanted to grab some food and have a bathroom break, so we stopped here. Usually taco bell is one of our favorite fast food places, but this one was SEVERELY understaffed, with only 2 people working here, we had to pay at the counter even though we ordered on the kiosk, but the people where in the back, goofing off and not paying attention. The floor by the soda machine was covered in trash, and the bathroom was disgusting! Our food was dry and probably the worst I've had for taco bell. Someone needs to help these guys out.
Inattentive staff and poor attitudes lead by bad management with little understanding of job queuing and process flow that will leave you waiting and waiting, and waiting even moreFood: 3/5
This location is pretty hit or miss. I'm new to the area and I've been here about 4-5 times in the last month or so. The service is usually pretty decent. There's a lady that works here named April I believe, you can definitely tell when she's the one taking your order in the drive thru, super polite and friendly all the time, I wish I could say the food was as consistent. I order the same thing every time, easy. #2 with no sour cream, and a few sauces on the side. Some times the sauces are wrong, sometimes there seems to be a pound of cheese on the tacos, some times it's all bunched up to one end, etc. Overall, it becomes fairly annoying to have to open up my taco's and rearrange the ingredients or remove the excess in them, especially since Taco Bell is already sort of messy to have to eat on the go.
