These stars are for a place that is designed to be fast food. When I went there this morning I was REALLY impressed by the customer service. Great friendly interactions with two people. One of which was also cleaning up the parking lot. I am guessing this was the manager going out and making the property look it's best. Inside my food came out quickly as I ordered it on the app and the quality is what I would expect from a well run Taco Bell. I wasn't really impressed with the "breakfast taco" because it's not really a breakfast taco. But that is just a personal preference and not something to ding a business for.
If I could do negative stars, I would. The place stunk so bad. The service was horrendous. 4 groups people who ordered after us got their food 1st. It took over an hour for us to get our food. The male cashier told us to use the kiosk to order our food. When we asked him why 4 groups had already gotten theirs, he asked us if we used the kiosk and ordered. The employees had rap music blasting, so they couldn't hear what was going on in the restaurant. The employees were playing the blame game, saying the people who work in the back were throwing tickets away. This place is very unprofessional. I will never be returning.
After going to the taco bell on double r this place was amazing. As of 01-01-24 this is the best taco bell in the reno/sparks area. Good job guys. Food: 5/5
Best taco bell ive been to in a long time. I mean like YEARS. The guy who was running things was great, place was clean and food was hot snd fast. I really cant complain. Im gonna do the receipt survey too. Gotta give good feedback if give back feedback when things go wrong.Food: 4/5
Very long wait in the drive thru. . It was about 7 cars for nearly an hour long wait! The food was ok. Cheesy fries Yum! were cold, and the cheese sauce was way too hot must have been microwaved. The box meal deals used to be just a few months ago $5 deals.. now it's about$12/13 each! I don't like the new " cheese" .. It's like a cheap nacho sauce that isn't real cheese. When you're hungry, hungry late night especially after a long night of working... 2am Friday night Taco Bell, still hits the spot! Even after almost an hour, wait! For the record, the staff seemed to be doing their best work. I imagine it's overwhelming.
This place is terrible. Waited over 30 mins in the drive through line. I would have just left if I wasn’t blocked in. Absolutely terrible.Food: 1/5
I deliver for a food service app. Honestly they close the lobby way to early 8 pm on a weekend. Is absurd they take about 10 minutes on one order in drive thru as this is the only way to pick up orders or even able to order food. By the time I get to the window to pick up the food is ice cold because it’s sits there for almost 30 minutes before I can get to it while I wait in line, because drive thru timers are terrible. I told the cashier at the window damn the food is cold and she just shuddered her should and said sorry, like it didn’t matter. This is horrible. Open the doors for online and other party apps to be able to pick up hot already paid for food.
Just a bunch of lazy kids who think they need a metal for their service during the pandemic. Asked for sauce and got nothing. Everything that could fall out of the bag was put upside down on purpose in some sort of protest of having to do their job. We visited around 10:30pm on 12/2 of its any relevance to their management.Food: 1/5
This Taco Bell is by far the worst ever on doordash do you guys not have any more meat? Why did my taco and burrito only have beans in it and wrapped in a uncooked tortilla must not care for what customers pay for It seems to me you guys need a better store manager so contact me if you want things done the right way I’ll be wanting $30 an hour if you want me to deal with teens that I know for a fact can’t be reliable whatsoever please and thank you
Given how understaffed everywhere is, this taco bell is handling it well. Yes there is a wait, yes mistakes will be made, but overall in comparison to other stores it is doing the best.Food: 4/5
