Super nice guy at the drive thru, food as ordered, fast service, great. Only thing is I asked for lots of medium and mild sauce, checked my bag and was just a couple sauces for 10 separate items. Asked for more and he had to clear it with manager? Not sure why you wouldn't at least give one packet per item. Glad I checked before driving off!

My dad and I went to taco bell parked right in front on July 26th for breakfast as we start door dashing. We put our covers up to block the sun and my dad started up door dash. Before he could open their app, to order breakfast, the manager came out and told us we couldn't park there. My dad asked them where they wanted us to park and told them we are door dashers. Before he could also explain we were getting breakfast the lady acted like he was not cooperating and told us to leave. My dad got flustered by this and just left without telling her we were customers too. We came back in a few minutes later to calmly let her know we were going to order food and didn't appreciate her customer service, she just laughed at us and didn't care that we were about to order earlier

Kayla is so kind when taking orders. She is very patient despite a line. She is willing to explain something without making us feel bad for asking. Fast food can get overwhelming sometimes and She made us feel welcome and like she actually cared about our order being excellent. This is very unexpected and I will be driving back next time I want a Mexican pizza.  Vegetarian options: Very happy to see vegetarian easier to order &lt;3  Dietary restrictions: Work around removal of items  Parking: Plenty of parking spaces....especially since they are right next to winco.

Two employees on lunch break made comments in Spanish towards my daughter not liking her sour cream filled soft taco, my two daughter and I understand Spanish. Both girls were embarrassed and we had to leave.Food: 3/5

Most reliable taco bell in the area. Gets my orders right like 95% of the time, which is rare for taco bell. Food almost always tastes fresh and hot. Also the only taco bell that actually gives me extra of something when I ask for it. I always go out of my way to go to this taco bell when I can despite living right by the one on division.

Cashier seemed like she had mobility and verbal communication issues, however food was great..only issue was 2 nights in a row we didn't receive a SINGLE SOLITARY NAPKIN!!  **NO BUENO BELL**  Vegetarian options: Seven layer and bean burrito, and cheesey bean rice solid hard hitting high octane non meat options!!

So my wife and her sister went to get their party pack and when they ordered the tacos were supposed to be all soft instead they came as all hard shell  they did t receive a receipt from the person at the window I attempted to contact them all day off and on  until around 7:35  pm when a very snotty young lady answered proclaiming that they answer all of the calls that come I to the establishment which is a false statement because before this very unprofessional quite snotty young lady answered I called and it rang until it literally stopped ringing I explained things that they had messed up the order and that I had been trying to get in contact with them to no avail and that the did not provide a receipt with the order she then told me that they would not replace my order because I didn't have a receipt not given one  and that I did not have the food 7 hrs later so because I did not carry the food around while moving and did not have a receipt that they didn't provide they could  not do anything about their screw up If I could give zero stars I would

The service is one of the worst TB I have been to. Orders are wrong often, I have left this store more often for not having CO2 and no drinks. The ice tea and the mango tea are near water every time. I just refuse to even go here anymore.Food: 3/5

I got some food from Taco Bell last night and  some of it was OK, but the crunch wrap was  terrible it didn't have any meat or cheese it was like some sauce with nothing in it! And the soda was flat and didn't taste right.

The Taco Bells in Eugene are good. More competitive. The ones Roseburg not so much. I thought franchises have rules to follow.Food: 5/5
